Dear Sir/Madam,
I have cancelled a booking on makemytrip.com on July16,2012. However I havent received any refund in my bank account yet, which according to makemytrip.com has been made on July17,2012.
I have sent them my bank statement, and have already checked it with my bank people. No refund has been made.
Every time I call the customer support, they delay the response by 2-3 days. Kindly intervene.
