On dated 23/4/16 I ordered a flip over for my mobile XOLO era 4k via order no 402-6542968-2077100 having amount 249 rs when product arrive it was not fit to my mobile &I file a return &refund order ,they pick it &said to me that it is a seller promoted product so they issue a cheque of 249 rs direct to ur home ,after 10 days I got surprised when I saw. My a/c amazon that they issue a gift card of 249 rs ,which is not transferable to my bank account which is already updated .when I ask questions they alleged to me that u choose a gift card option instead of. Bank account .
Sir this is not a matter of 249 rs. Only but a matter of u harassment ,plz take a immediate action against amazon
