I have disconnected my TIKONA internet connection and it is not in use from 28th NOV 2012, below is the conversation from very long and they are not providing me my hard earned money of 2 months.

Hi All,

Below is the mail from Tikona for the deactivation of my account. I want to know when I will be getting the refund amount as I have used only 1 month of 3 months plan.
It has been 3 months now when I lodged the request of disconnection. Till today no refund has come to me. Please expedite the process or else I have to take this complain to consumer court.
