I write with utter frustration and anger at the mismanagement and absolute spineless display of service from Hathway cable and broadband company
To be more clear, I had applied for a broadband connection about a month back in electronic city phase 2. I had paid for 3 months in advance and in cash. about 8 or 9 thousand rupees. My receipt no is 28165, under my name i.e Sankalp Jain.
Since they were unable to provide connection in my place due to some “political issue” , i asked for a refund.
Its been antagonizing 20 days and more than hundred phone calls and i still haven’t received my refund cheque.
i have tried everything from my side, but their management and service people haven’t moved an inch in last 20 days over this matter and has left me with no chioce.
