refund not given for a cancelled ticket even after almost a month n ignorance of my calls

sir,
i had booked a ticket with easygotrip n cancelled it on 6th november 2014at 8:18 pm..flight number G8-385.. from patna to mumbai.. my booking reference number is ET49115.. and easygotrip cancellation refund number B457..
i was told i’l get my refund amount i.e.Rs. 5674 within 10-12 working days but its been around a month and no action is being taken.. i have even called up several times but my calls are being continuously ignored..
sir, i would be highly obliged if u look into the matter
