I booked two plots in August, 2007 in proposed township by Yaduvanshi Developers in Pawta, Kot Putli-NH 8 Jaipur Highway. Net price of each plot was fixed at Rs. 2,88,000. I paid Rs. 2,28,000 for one plot, which was booked in my name and Rs. 2,16,000 for another plot, which was booked in the name of my wife, Mrs. Hema Verma.
In March 2010, they cancelled the proposed township in Pawta, Kot Putli-NH 8 Jaipur Highway and transferred my money for another proposed township in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The name of the project was given- Ajmer greens. Allotment confirmation was also given for Plot No.-131, Block No.-C2 in my name & Plot No.-352, Block No.-D5 in the name of my wife. Now even after two years there is no development and no sanctioned plan. I have visited Ajmer and there is absolutely no development taking place.
I have applied for the refund of my deposited amount of Rs. 4,44,000 (2,28,000 + 2,16,000). But they are refusing to give the money even after five years. They have also shifted their office three times. I have visited their present office in Noida many times, but they don’t give proper answer. If you don’t help me, I’m afraid that I will lose my hard earned money forever.

    Hi All,

    My Father along with two of his colleagues have also invested in this group in the same project on Jaipur highway near pawta. There is no development there and later on they assured to give allotment in Ajmer after filing a court case against them. Finally they told us that they will give our money back in the form of cheque latest by 31st January and now we have asked Mr. T.P. Singh for the follow up, he is not picking our call.

    We must collectively fight this fraud. Hopefully we will get our money back. Even if we don’t, we need to make sure that justice is done.

    My story is similar – booked in their investment near Jaipur. Once it became clear this wasn’t being developed, I visited their office several times requesting a refund. They continuously delayed and kept on pushing for moving my investment to their Ajmer project. I eventually did so. I also had driven by their project in Shimla, and I do recall at least seeing their sign – and I believe some clearing of the land there had started. So – even though the Ajmer project was delayed – I still had hope for it.

    I finally visited Ajmer a few months ago – absolutely zero development. I then kept on trying to reach YDPL – no luck. Their website also vanished, and now their ‘www.ydplgroup.com’ domain name has even expired.

    Let’s not shy away from calling this what it is: theft – pure theft. And, in my opinion, the only chance we have for any action (and possibly getting any money back) is to get as many investors together as possible to pursue this as a group. If we each try to follow-up individually, I am not very confident about making progress.

    I sincerely thank those who have posted so far, and I encourage others to post and to share their contact information. Hopefully someone will take the lead on collective action against those involved.

    Some may have doubts on whether anything can be done, and thus might not want to pursue this. But there are success stories. One classic recent one was the 630 crore fine against DLF due to unfair practices (http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/2011-08-17/news/29896550_1_belaire-dlf-shares-cci), and the *only* reason that this happened is because all investors worked together on this. Thus, please be inspired by this and other similar stories, and let’s try to work together to get our money back and ensure that justice is done.

THE COMPANY INITIALLY TOLD ME TO TAKE THE PLOT AT PAWATA, JAIPUR DELHI NATIONAL HIGHWAY BUT DUE TO SOME LAND DISPUTE THEY ALLOTTED ME THE PLOT AT AJMER (RAJASTHAN) (AJMER GREENS PLOT NO 288, BLOCK -D3 (FILE NO 44). EVEN AFTER OF FULL PAYMENT THAT IS RS 3,78,000/- AND ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF RUPEES 5,375/-ON ACCOUNT OF REGISTRATION IN JUNE 2011 THE SAID COMPANY HAS NOT YET BEEN REGISTERED THE PLOT IN MY NAME.     for not refunding the payment of the plots after cancelling their residential project.
    Sir,
    I …………. S/O Sh ……….., R/O , ………….. complains as follows-
    1. Yaduvanshi Developers Pvt Limited (YDPL) had published an advertisement in the news paper “………….” Date ……….for their proposed residential township namely “………………………………”.
    Copy of the newspaper advertisement is attached herewith as Annex-

    2. We/ I had applied for ….. nos residential plots of …… Sq. yards each at Rs…… per Sq Yards. in the above project of YDPL on …….. and had paid an amount of Rs …… as booking amount vide cheque no …….. dated ……… YDPL has issued the receipt no …… Dated ………… against this payment.
    Copy of the application as Annex- & copy of the receipt as Annex- is attached herewith.

    3. There after we used to get calls from YDPL for the payment of next due instalments & the payments were made to them accordingly. The details of payments made to YDPL & subsequent receipts issued by YDPL to us are follows.

    4. The BHUMI PUJAN was conducted by YDPL on ……….. at the site & we were also invited through an invitation card.

    5. On ……………… after the Bhumi Pujan ceremony YDPL informed us that the development of the township will be started as soon as possible to restore our confidence towards their project.

    6. On ………………. we received a letter from YDPL in which they have called us for execution of plot buyer’s agreement along with a cheque of Rs……….. We went to their regd office at 5,Scindia House (First Floor), Connaught Place New Delhi-110001.
    The copy of the letter as annex- is attached herewith.

    7. The total amount paid to YDPL was Rs ………… which is ……… of the total cost of the plot.

    8. Till date we have not received the possession of the plot & all Directors are untraceable & have closed their offices in Faridabad,Gurgaon,Delhi,Noida & Ghaziabd.

    11. This company has duped hundreds of such customers & has done an economic offence.

    12. Kindly investigate this case & book all directors for crime under various section of cheating, fraud , mistrust & others offence as applicable under IPC acts.

They shift the project from pawta to ajmer due to some land problem but till date yaduvanshi developers pvt ltd not given plot or no refund .     The 3 projects of Yaduvanshi Developers Private Limited (YDPL) at Pawta , Ajmer & Shimla were purchased from our (the investors) money & then YDPL sold them systematically on huge profits for themselves, & had gone missing intentionally with our money thinking that they will not be caught in the future. YDPL is certainly following this complaint thread.
    JUSTICE IS NEVER DENIED, IT MAY BE DELAYED.
    File complaints in consumer court at M Block Vikas Bhawan, near ITO, New Delhi to get the compensation & interest along with your deposit to YDPL & also to The SHO Connaught place for FIR lodging & put pressure on police through Commissioner Of Police to arrest them & get the money back as per court order.

    I also booked one plot of 160 Sq.Yd. (Regn. No. AF 00002) in proposed “Highway Hills Green Project” at NH8, PAWTA, KOTPUTLI, township by Yaduvanshi Developers Pvt. Ltd. Net price of each plot was fixed at Rs. 2,88,000. I paid Rs. 1,80,000 which was booked in my name.

    In March 2010, they cancelled the proposed township in Pawta, Kot Putli-NH 8 Jaipur Highway due to some land dispute with farmers (as told by YDPL Staff) and transferred my money for another proposed township in Ajmer, Rajasthan at the just double of the booked price . The name of the project was given- Ajmer greens. Now even after 3 years there is no development and no sanctioned plan. I have visited Ajmer and there is absolutely ZERO development.

    I have applied for the refund of my deposited amount of Rs. 1,80,000. I am regularly following up with them since last 3 years, I visited many times intially their CP, Delhi Office, then Noida Office also. Few of the times, I met personally Mr. Dharmender Yadav (MD) and Mr. T.P. Singh (GM), But they everytime assured by telling a lie that Refund is under progress and very soon you will get back your money.

    But now, they are refusing to give the money even after five years. They have also shifted their office three times. I have visited their present office in Noida many times, but they don’t give proper answer.

    Dear INVESTORS, I am not going to tolerate this Mr. Dharmender Yadav Cheater to digest my hard earned money so easily. I will do my best efforts and would take back my hard earned money back at any point of cost.

    I would appeal all investors who invested in above project to come on a Single Platform if you really want your money back OR else forget the refund of your money which is very simple.

    HOW ALL OF US CAN ALLOW AND SUPPORT A CHEATER, FRAUD, DISHONEST, THIEF, LAW BREAKER PERSON WHO MADE MORE THAN CRORES WITH OUR LACS AND ENJOYING SOUND SLEEP BY LOSING OUR PEACE OF MIND.

    mere sub complainers se request ha ki consumer court main compaint kurne ka koi faida nahi waha pur hur date main yeh dono thug atey nahi hai waha pur sirf date hi date milti rehti hai. main ne I T O main 2012 jan. main case dala tha or in dono choro ko EX. party buna diya hai. IN dono ko police ke dundey hi thik kur sukta hai . baki sub complainer sirf apne coments sirf yaha pur likhta hi hai ya kuch kur ke bhi dikhai gai .     If YDPL persons are not attending their case in consumer court, this will go against them to issue Non Bailable arrest warrants. The consumer court will increase the amount to be paid to the applicants by the way of interest from date of deposit & also awarding the compensation. To get this money it is important to file a joint complaint at Connaught Place police station for investigation of this fraud & then police will track their location & to take action against them for cheating the public & economic fraud also.

    Mr. Parveen – Thanks for your affirmation. But we need a complete group.

    As I have take up the issue with consumer court officials, as per him, logically you should file your case in the consumer court of city where company office exists as on date which is in Noida. But further he advised that you can file your case in other city also if any of the payment receipt or any company document has address of other city like Gurgaon, Delhi & Faridabad.

    As YDPL had intially his office in Faridabad and then Gurgaon, then Delhi and at last in Noida. Hence, i shall urge all concerned to file the case in your nearby court whichever is convient to you.

    And other thing I am agree with Anonymous that if YDPL does not attend court date then court will be enforced to issue non bailable arrest warrant against them.
    But I am unable to understand WHY THIS GENTLE FELLOW IS ANONYMOUS…..???

    such a long list of unsatisfied customers clearly indicates that YDPL is not in touch with it’s customers. Now what options are available with these customers. YDPL is intentionally pushing its customers for legal course.

    I booked two plots in April, 2008 in proposed township by Yaduvanshi Developers in Pawta, Kot Putli-NH 8 Jaipur Highway. Net price of each plot was fixed at Rs. 9,20,000.00. I paid Rs. 6,32,494.00 for one plot, which was booked in my name Mahipal Singh. In March 2010, they cancelled the proposed township in Pawta, Kot Putli-NH 8 Jaipur Highway and transferred my money for another proposed township in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The name of the project was given- Ajmer greens. Allotment confirmation was also given for Plot No.-0021, Block No.-A-1 in my name. Now even after three years there is no development and no sanctioned plan. I have visited Ajmer and there is absolutely no development taking place.
    I have applied for the refund of my deposited amount of Rs. 6,32,494.00. But they are refusing to give the money even after five years. They have also shifted their office three times. I have visited their present office in Noida many times, but they don’t give proper answer. If you don’t help me, I’m afraid that I will lose my hard earned money forever.
