refund from credit card company

Dear Sir

SBI Credit Card No. 4377 4869 9420 7122 (cleatus name)

Two transactions of Rs.9761 & Rs.100 was made from my above card on 27.12.2012 through online purchase which I had not done and the same was done from somewhere in Russia. After the above two transactions, the card company had themself identified about the fraudulent trxn and my card was blocked automatically by SBI card. I have immediately reported the matter to the card company within 2-3 hours of the transaction who confirmed that my card is now already blocked and I need not to worry. However they are silent on my amounts already debited to my account and the same is not yet reversed and reflecting in my card statement. Post the incident I have been continously corresponding with the company but no proper response is received neither my amounts reversed. I have also requested for the IP address from where the transactions were done but not heard anything from them.

I therefore seek your kind intervention for reversal of my amount of Rs.9861 by suitably instructing the card company.
