I was having a cable connection from this operator since 13.08.2012. As per digitigation requirement I approached them for a set top box, and the required charge of Rs 600/= was paid. But we got a second hand STB of SITI CABLE, which I turned down and refund me the Rs 600 paid.. But they refused to give any further connection or STB. Asking for refund of my existing cable connection wwhich costed Rs 795/-, I was treated with abusive words only without any refund of money.
I therefore took Dish TV connection to restore my TV viewing.
I therefore request to you to arrange to getme back the refund money alongwith a heavy penalty for such harassment to public and to suspend his license for cable distribution for at least 6 months.
