I had booked a ticket online for my friend on 7th November 2012 on the PVT website http://www.perinbavilastravels.com for traveling from Tirunelveli to Chennai on 10th November 2012. However on 9th November we got a call saying that the bus is cancelled and we had to make alternate arrangements. Due to a tight schedule we were not able to get the ticket refunded before the travel. However when we returned to Tirunelveli and contacted the Chennai office as well as the Tirunelveli office multiple times we were told to call various people and come multiple times. Once they even noted my ticket details and my contact number and promised to call back. When i called them after 2 days they gave yet another number and told to clarify with that person. When we called that person’s number we were told he was on leave and to call again. But till now there has been no refund and they are very discourteous over the phone.
