Hello,
I have 2 tickets, from jaipur to Ahmedabad at 9 PM tonight (10-12-2012) but i want to calcel the ticket, RED BUS said it is not possible since we need 12 hours time before that. and when i called them it was before 12 hours then they said that in our calcellation policy it is from boarding point. means time starts from boarding point, which was also wrong as in cancellation policy, there is no mention of boarding point for the same.
