I am Arbind Paswan from Durgapur (W.B). I had purchased a refrigerator from National electronics. Suhatta shoping mall citycentre durgapur-16and got it financed from bajaj finserv lending. It was interest free loan. The agreement no. Is 4980CD00010120. The amount financed was rs.7000/-. I had to return the loan in 8 interest free installments of rs. 988/- Through ecs. The Agent asked me to sign the documents blank as concerned person from bajaj finserv will fill it later on. Just in good faith in agent I signed the documents as amount was very small. But later on I was shocked when rs. 1441/- Was deducted from my account in my first installment. When I contacted the bajaj finserv and asked the reason they told me I have been given an insurance policy and premium is added to my installment. When I asked them to provide me details of policy given to me me without my consent they till date have not provided me any type of information and now they are just promising me that my problem will be solved soon. But all I feel is that they are just making fool of me and are hiding facts from me. I had send an email to company which they didn’t bother to answer. I know if I stop their payment they will put my name in sibal. I feel like being blackmailed in good faith. Nobody Agent or local officials of bajaj finserv seemed to be serious about it. Perhaps it is a fun game for them. Now allready cleared all 8 installment.But still now no refund any type of cheque of my excess deduction amount. Excess deduction amount is (1441.00-988.00)453.00 x 8 = 3624.00
