I returned my phone of Rs.30k to flipkart on 14 Oct 2014.Flipkart executive said that money will be transferred to my account within one week ie on 22nd oct.I waited.On 3rd Nov I called flipkart ; they asked me to wait for more 10 days.And gave me an assurance that refund will be done on 11th Nov.On 11th Nov they send me a text message asking me to wait till 13 th Nov.I am fed up now.When I call them now they say sir please wait for 5 more days.I mean what shit service they are giving to the customers.Worst customer satisfaction.Flipkart executive also talk rudely.I think Flipkart should be banned.They have been fooling the indian customers.Please find an issue to my problem as its a matter of 30,000 rs.
