Refund against failure of order.

I paid Rs.152.95 twice to top up online wallet at 21/07/2014.I tried to contact their email([email protected]) they told me to give scanned copy of my bank statement,I gave it to them.But,they haven’t given any response yet.
I want my refund immediately.
