I have purchase Chevrolet Beat LT (HP38C7220)last year on 18th July 2013 from bhagatram motorways una.I have sold my old car (HP55/5829) for which we have to get Rs15000 as a exchange bonus. It has almost 1 year completed but still i have not received my exchange bonus. I have logged a complaint to chevrolet customer care (Complained No:- 10405564, Approx 3 months before) But still i could not get any reply from their end also.I have many times followed the bhagatram motorways regarding this matter but still issue is pending.kindly help me to solve this issue.
