I am having concern related to refund of ECS. I have taken the loan with AIG home finance which is now known as L & T Housing finance before seven years and the loan account no. is AMD-1485.

I have forclosed this loan and paid all the dues on 28th April, 2015. The date scheduled for ECS was 28th and while closing the loan I was not able to stop this ECS and I did not wanted to bounce this to maintain my credit record so ECS was charged to my account and after paying all dues I have added request for the refund of ECS with the branch on 1st or 2nd May.

Apart from this I have also added request through customer care of L&T Housing Finance many times but none of the request is being processed or I haven’t got any response or updated regarding any request for what it is taking so long to refund the ECS.

Everytime I have been given the commitment that this would be taken care within 3 working days but none of the request is taken care.

Last commitment given to me on 20/5/2015 was that it will be taken care within 4 to 5 working hours but still no update.

I went through one more step of adding complaint through company’s website, complaint ID: GR00000000000219

I am not getting any attention or any update regarding my refund of ECS.
