I have ordered “IPhone 6 True Clone” on 27th Jan’15 through Kaunsa.com & cancelled the ordered & requested for the refund on the same day but unfortunately it was not done. i have called several times to customer care i.e.0120-4111111 & i am getting the same respond that “there was some problem in back end & now we have processed your refund & your refund will get credited within 4-5 working days” as promised by Nikita Sharma & Pooja(Customer care executives), she has send confirmation mail to me on 4th Mar’15.
Kindly help on above matter at the earliest.
