i bought everwell’s 121 piece kitchen set from home shop 18 and saw that the product was inappropriate, unfinished product. i called them and asked them about about returning the product . they asked me to go at any courier company and courier on the address given . i tried all but every courier company said no the pincode is not showing so we cannot deliever . I CALLED THEM BACK AND THE EXECUTIVES TALKED IN VERY AGGRESSIVE MANNER AND IN VERY APPROPRIATE WAY . in the night near 10o’clock i even recieved a call from 1 of the person from some personal no. and he abused and misbehaved and i called back in home shop 18 and the senior said that we’ll find out n take a strict action but nothing was done to that and i even asked dat person what needs to be done with the product as in i have to leave the very next day , the senior said he’ll make a pick up from my house . but again nothing was done . after a month when i came back i again talked to the people they were again talking in bad manner n then 1 lady told me firstflight pr jaiye vahan se hoga … 2nd day i went there and delievered the product and the amt gone was 2000rs . the policy is with 6 to 7 days they’ll return my money with the courier amt but it took a whole and a half month after soo many calls that i got a refund but again i didnt got my 2000 rs refund which they promised that they’ll return that amt also. after delivering the product then one executive told me that only 10 to 15 % will be returned to me which ever is less of the courier amt . i got this information after i did courier at such high rate . not they are not returning my courier money . not even that 10 or 15 % also . my 6399 rs product altimately costed me 8399rs from which only 6399rs has been refunded and they are not giving my courier amout . and even they dont provide any information untill u have wasted more of the amout .

i have been tied with this from last 6 to 7 months and every week i call for the refund. now they are not returning my courier money of rs2000. if i would have known this that they are only going to give me 10 or 15% then why i would have gone to firstflight which is very expensive . i would have searched for more . and even the way every employee of that company talks is every exhustive and very irritating . they insult the consumers who call. and then no appologies from any1 .
