Refund claim against Sub-standard item delivered.(Adcom Tablet 707)

Dear Sir, Wish you a happy New Year 2013.The details are as follows.I ordered one “Adcom 707″ 7” tablet along with its 3G dongle vide order no-919046009/sub-order no-50743061 on 17.11.2012 which was received by me on 21.11.2012.There were no warranty cards for the items I received for which I informed to Homeshop 18 as well as “Advantage computers,Delhi” the tablet company on 22.11.2012.However,I got back response from the company that their order number/invoice given by them was the warranty of both the items for one year as declared in the advertisement in Homeshop 18.There after,I used the tablet for two to three days without internet connection and it worked Ok.Then I tried to insert the data card(dongle) given by the company with the tablet to use net but could not activate it.I emailed the problem to the company as well as discussed on telephone regarding the problem.As per the direction/advice received from the company,I again tried to insert the dongle and succeeded.However,after 5 minutes the tablet went in to its sleeping mode and never resumed even after detaching the data card.I informed the problem to Homeshop18 as well as the company.As per the advice/direction of the company,I shipped back the tablet directly to the company,”Advantage computer india pvt.ltd 305 Sidharth building 96 Neheru place Delhi-110019 Ph no:9716370407,9968721330″ on 20.12.2012 once the company as well as Homeshop16 agreed to reimburse the shipping charges for Rs180/- to me.The tablet was repaired by the company and sent back through Homeshop 18 which was received back by me on 31.12.2012.After 5 minutes of use, when I inserted the 3G data card(dongle),the tablet again went to its sleeping mode as it had gone last time and never restored back.On 01.01.2013,I strongly raised this issue with Homeshop18 via email and urged them to take back this sub-standard tablet along with its accessories within 48 hours and refund the full value of this tablet for Rs 5499.00 + Rs 180.00 shipping charges=Rs 5679.00 within 7 days.My email message was acknowledged by Homeshop18 and a ticket number was also assigned for further pursuance. Homeshop 18 regretted the inconvenience caused to me however,without acknowledging my full refund,they only asked me to send the scanned copy of the DTDC shipping receipt for Rs.180.00 which I had incurred to transport the tablet to the company in order to reimburse me.Further,homeshop18 intimated back to me that,”Your Adcom 707″ 7′ tablet has been replaced and delivered to you on 31.12.2012.It meant that the old defective tablet had been altogether replaced by a new piece but the fact was that the company had just repaired the same old tablet and sent back through Homeshop18.I strongly objected Homeshop18’s intention/view point and clarified my position demanding full refund plus shipping charges against return of the item in toto. From 06.01.2013 on wards I tried to send email messages several times to Homeshop18 urging early resolution of the issue but there system is refusing permission to entertain my messages.They are also not lifting my phone calls.On 08.01.2013,one of my email message was probably registered by them and one latest ticket no-78051611 was allotted to me but till date no response was given to me.I therefore request to take up this matter with HS18 and help me get addressed this issue and get a full refund please.Thanks.I am enclosing some correspondences made among three parties as follows for kind reference. I have purchased your Adcom @pad 707 model capacitive touch model tablet along with its 3G dongle through Home Shop 18 and received yesterday evening.I am not able to activate the dongle.I put one 2G sim in it and connected to the tablet but failed to connect.
I therefore request you to guide how to connect this dongle.Further,there were no invoices/bills for tablet and dongle.Even,there were no warranty cards for both the items.I have immediately intimated the short falls to Home Shop 18 over telephone as well as by email.
In this context, you are requested to send me the above documents directly if you feel so without wasting time by sending through Home Shop 18.I am furnishing the order details below.

I am sorry to inform you that the Adcom @pad 707 tablet has developed fault within this short period and I am disheartened for this as I had decided to purchase your product after hearing regarding its reliability and good quality from three of my friends who have purchased it.The tablet is not opening.While switched on,two times “@adtab” is flashing and then “android” word is being displayed on the screen with sliding light.There from it is not opening.

Happy New Year 201803.I am a bonafied customer of HS18 for last 5 years.I have immense faith on your system for quality services.But this time I am disheartened and saddened by seeing your down trend of your resolve towards providing good quality materials/items like this against my ordered tablet as mentioned above.
From the starting ,this item gave us lot of troubles.After using hardly one week,it started giving problem.Under your knowledge,I shipped back it to the company for repairing which I received back yesterday after almost a month. After 5 minutes of normal use when we put the 3G dongle given by the company the tablet went in to its sleeping mode and never resumed back.The past problem was identically found surfaced.
I never got the service for which I purchased this tab.I thought It would be a fitting gift to my son whose birth day was yesterday on 31.12.2012(1997) followed by a new year 2013 but it went wrong.
I am now dam sure that this company tablet is a substandard item and I do not want to this sub standard tablet with me to continue and go through mental agony by interacting with you as well as with the company in future till completion of its warranty period either to embarrass you or myself be embarrassed as well.
I now strongly urge you to collect back this sub standard tablet within 48 hours along with its accessories as per the order and effect a full refund within 7 days.I repeat that I did not get any service for which I had purchased this item ,on the contrary,my money went waste for this two months in addition to waste of time,energy and mental agony.
I shall also enclose the original money receipt of Rs 180/- which I have incurred towards shipping back it to the company by DTDC for reimbursement/refund as discussed and confirmed by you via email message along with the tablet cost.
You are requested to reverse- pick this item immediately without further reference and refund the full amount for Rs 5499.00+Rs 180.00=Rs 5679.00 within 7 days.I also advise HS18 not entertain these types of companies those are selling sub-standard materials through you which is putting your reputation on a black page.
The issue may please be dealt with top priority for speedy resolution.Thanks.
