I had placed an order in Amazon and one of the items in my order was damaged. So i had requested for the return of the item and the person had processed my request on 28th May, 2015. According to the refund policy of the Amazon, the cheque should be delivered within 7-9 business days. On talking to the customer care manager, Mr Ankit, it was still inconclusive when the cheque would be delivered.
