I had purchased aBERG MULTICUSINE MAKE In the month of jan2014,which was found to be a defective piece,when I REGISTERD acompllaint I was asked to return the same for replacement. I returned , waited for,
some months and when nothing happend in spite of several phone calls&mails Itold them to cancel the order&
refund the money along with the freight charges.I had told them that I had purchased an oven locally.EveryTime
I contact them a new person awnsers the phone.They say they will revert back in 48hrs.but nothing happens.
when an email is sent the automated reply comes,that complaint has been registered and will beattended within 48hrs,which will never be done.Sofar 7mths.have passed ,still it is under process.I dont understand WHY such
an Organisation should haress the customers.Iwish to who is the CEO,so that Ican Talk to him directtly.IT looks as if the higherups are not aware what is happening OR they want to haress the customers. I hope theCF will
take strict action against such miscreints,&see that the refund is sent immediately.THANK YOU
