I have booked return ticket from Pune to Ahmedabad on 13 Jan 2015 – 18 Jan 2015 of Spice Jet. Spice Jet has cancelled flight for some reason and send me SMS for it.
I have raised refund request by online as well as by calling customer care and they told me you will receive your refund in 10 days. After not receiving refund again I have given call to customer care they told me we have proceed your refund and they are not ready to give me transaction ID for refund.
I have dropped mail to customer relationship manager( Tanmay Arora) and they have replied me that you will get your refund in 10 days.
After this I am trying to call customer care but no one is picking call and relation ship manager is not responding to my mail.
I have all the evidence with me that I have not yet received refund amount from Spice Jet and they are still telling me that you will receive it shortly. I just need my refund amount Back from this foolish persons.
