refund my balance

http://justpay1.co.in/ is a online multy recharging company, I am retailer of these company,

and i used to recharge of my customers mobile and d2h numbers from these web site, but from last 2 months server is not responding and when i recharge it then it shows operater down. when i complaits to the helpline numbers then they says its wrong number.I have still 1500 balance remaing in that account but company not responding to me….

please take action againt them their numbers are as follows
