epic research,a financial adviser company toke Rs 5555 from me to provide tips for trading in gold.according to my conversation with Binit,a customer executive promised me to provide tips from 5 pm to 11 pm.but they are not delivering their service saying that it is not possible to provide tips from 5pm to 11pm.so i have demanded to refund my whole amount.but they said that it was not in our policy to refund.i m helpless now.so i m approaching you.pls help me
