Refund amount of returned product

Location/place: bharuch, gujarat

Name of company/service: snapdeal

I had purchased an Mobile ( VOX V45+) vide order no. 1095697247 from snapdeal ( RS. 1200) (Snapdeal.com, 246, First Floor, Okhla Phase III, New Delhi – 110020 ) and i got that product on 15.07.2013. But the product was found to be defect . So i returned that product ( via courier) on 16.07.2013 and i had got the confirmation mail from snapdeal as they have received that product and they confirmed that the purchase value and the courier charges will be returned to my Bank account with in 07 to 10 days. But still that payment is not credited to my account. I had reminded 07 times to their representative by e-mail and telephone discussion, But no positive response has been taken from them. As the product is under 07 days trust pay money back policy, so they are bypassing the rule and cheating the costumers. So please help me. My e-mail :- [email protected]
