Refund amount of cancelled order

I mr. T Gangadhar booked mobile red mi note 4g order no.17256404 on 12/11/2015 at infibiem pvt. ltd. but same order cancelled on 17/11/2015 authorization no.776785. BUT They dont give me refund amount so give me solution as early as possible they told me refund will be initiated within 7to 21 days but i dont get my refund money.
