REFUND-AMOUNT

Sir/Madam,
I purchased a blackberry 9530 mobile from Naaptol.com on the month of may’12( order no 3822660 ), but to my utter surprise it didn’t work properly a single day . So I returned back their product via bluedart courier service ( Consignment no. 13542499876 )along with a letter for refund my amount. It reached them on 24th of May’12(i haved the proof) . Then i called them on 24th of may and they ask me the POD.I have send the pod through mail ([email protected] to [email protected])on 18th june’12.Again i called them they told me they are not received.Again i have sent on 26th june’12 again they told me not received again i have sent 28th june’12.then they said that they would refund it within 21 days . Now almost 45 days have past and they haven’t send the cheque . They always ask me for twenty one days time to wait but never seems to end .
Its my kind request to kindly take action against them so that I can get back my money.
On 24th of May12 onwords i called to naaptol everyday .Every time they are ask me for 21 days even today also they are given the same answer
