I am writing this matter with a great disappointment. I bought the product from flipkart.com on 4th Oct 2014. After few days I observed the product is not as mentioned on the site. Phone is heating, lagging, hanging and the battery is not standing even one day.
For the first time, I am not satisfied with the product and requested for my refund so I can go for other brand. But flipkart’s executive can only replace as per their policies. Why should I replace the item, how can they be so sure that the replacement they provide will not give any defect. Its better to go for another brand than for replacement. They have many options by which they can refund the amount. But they said ‘’NO’’. This means my money is just wasted. This is making condition worse.
If the customer is not satisified then what should you expect. I was continuously following up with FK team for refund but I do not get satisfactory results. Its high time now.
Anybody who can look into the matter seriously…..!!
