refund amount

Hello Sir

My Name is Ravi Rawat. I have the joint account in OBC Bhiwani (Vaish
Senior School Branch) with my parents(Mr. Shobhan Singh, Mrs Sushila
Devi). I was trying some money through my ATM in Noida from a DCB ATM.
When I was trying the ATM machine hanged and the ATM got my PIN. I
didn’t withdrawal any amount but when I checked from the another ATM.
I found that amount of 10000/- rupees has been withdrawal. I
complaint on toll free number given on my ATM, and officer said that
your amount will be refund within 24 hrs but the amount didn’t
refunded yet. My account number is: 11692191013790. Please Sir Help me
and refund my amount or tell me the way that How I can get that amount
back.
