Refund

Dear team i had book hotel in mahabaleshwar hotel vyankatesh of 26 checkin and check out of 27 i had made 2 payment of 1040 and 373 for 2 adults and i had done cancelletion on 17 Booking ID HTLLJ2VSGM and i had called your customer care they said amount will be refund within 4-14 working days but when i called to customer care they said amount is not refundable as per policy i had made cancelletion prior 3 days checkin kindly do the refund on priority or else i have to take legal action against goibibo
