I HAVE PURCHASED A UB-SLATE AAKASH TAB FROM SEVENTY MM. FIRSTLY THEY ARE SEND ME THE PRODUCT LATE AS PER DATE PROMISE TO DELIVERED. AFTER THAT THE PRODUCT I WAS RECEIVED IS INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS LIKE WARRANTY CARD, WELCOME CARD, ACCESSORIES ETC..ALSO MENTION ON THE BOX. AFTER THAT THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED CONDITION AND SOME TECH. PROB IN IT. WHEN I COMPLAIN TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY LONGED MY COMPLAIN BUT FOR THE PICK-UP OF PRODUCT FOR RETURNING THEY ARE NOT COME. I AM ALSO LODGE COMPLAIN IN THEIR WEB PORTAL . SAME REPLY EVERY TIME OUR SEN. CONCERNED EXECUTIVE WILL CONTACT YOU IN 24 HOURS. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVE TILL NOW ANY CALL FROM SEVENTY-MM. AFTER LONG REQUEST AND COMPLAIN THE PICK MY PRODUCT FOR RETURNED BUT AFTER A LONG PERIOD AFTER RETURNING THEY HAVEN’T SEND NEW PRODUCT AND WHEN THE SEND 2ND TIME IT IS AGAIN DAMAGED CONDITION AND INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS.AND MORE…
