Purchased 3 units via order no 10876154 on 11.NOV 2014. Returned 1 unit due to size mismatch via DTDC – K74641946 on 16.11.14. YEPME onfirmed receipt. I formally made a complaint 10 days later with compliant no 1141874. I called again after 60 days to which they said that refund will be processed ASAP, but nothing till now. Also assured to make me talk to senior official but nothing happened. Want my money back with my harassment charges.
