REFUND

1) I had participated in one of their contest by making an online payment of INR 500/-.
2) I was then told that since I am not a winner, the company is giving me credit of 499 points.
3) Each point is equal to INR 1/-.
4) I was then told to make an online purchase and the credits will be settled in the purchase done by me.
5) I said I don’t want to purchase anything as their is nothing which appeals me. I asked for refund.
6) Company agreed to refund the amount of INR 499/-.
7) Six months elapsed, seventh month in progress, money still not refunded.
8) I sent another mail, asking to pay me INR 599/- (INR 100/- added as penalty/ late payment charge, mental torture, time wastage etc etc).
9) Waiting for company’s response.
