REFUND

We have bought two blackberry cells last year in October and both of them are not in working condition. We took two years extended guarantee just to ensure that we can get proper services in case we need….. But it is of no use…..We visited the Blackberry Expert Centre last week as some of the keys of the phone were not working. And after a day expert centre told us that that damage is irreparable ….but later we took the help of a local mechanic who repaired the mobile… We have paid extra money to get extended warranty then also paid 6 months bbm advance rental.. But after this incident we don’t want to use blackberry services anymore…so we want the company to refund service charges and pay for the cost of inconvenience caused to us and the harassment we suffered at their expert centre…..
Our complaint reference no was -8001024663 i have the copy bill and all documents to support my calim and above all I also wrote to blackberry care centre but there was no reply
