Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Ubislate 7 c+ Tab no P314123456700911 online from company site on 14-11-2012 vide booking Id no PM5E67 and Product was received on 08-01-2013. after receiving products It doesn’t show any network after inserting SIM. I have made several calls with your representatives and they try to solve the problems online but failed.so finally they suggested to send the said TAB on Amritsar address. I have sent it on 14-01-2013 by Courier. now after that 7 months are passed not a single call has been received from company and when i tried to contact the representatives then no one is responding. Now it is very shameful to imagine that from booking date to till date it was 170 Days has already Passed and the product is not with me. Kindly arrange to refund my money and sent an application form for refund immediately on my mail.
