Name of company/service: HDFC Bank
I have booked rail ticket (PNR No. 2565353046) online by using my HDFC bank’s net banking a/c on 21 june 2012 of amount Rs. 1380.
On 10th Aug 2012 i have canceled that ticket and IRCTC has refunded amount 1240 on 13 aug 2012 via receipt no. 621112416.
I asked to customer care and register a complaint (DELC 0812190438) dated 24.08.12 after confirmation of that transition.
Shocking news was that now bank has refused that no transition was made on 21 june and there is no status of my complaint.
Transition is washed out and my complaint is too.
