Refrigerator tray missing while delivery

Name of company/service: Croma retail outlet

HI,
I am senthil anand,I bought samsung RR1915CCASA Refrigerator at 27/05/2013 6.28PM on Croma retail outlet in koramangala shop.My invoice number is SLF02A058010083858 and the product got delivered at 28/05/2013,at the time delivery i found the door tray is missing and i asked to the delivery person and he told me to raise the service request to customer care.I did the same and my service request number is SR29051300143.After one week one samsung person visit my house and note it down the missed part details then left.Everyday i follow up the request to croma customer care they ask me to visit croma retail outlet, then i went to outlet almost 3 times,but still this issue is pending no one give me the proper status and all are blaming to others.so kindly look at this issue adn do the needful asap.
