Refrigerator donot running whenever purchase

I purchase the Videocon freeze from 86,Navyug Market,ghazaiabad vide bno.971 dt.18.3.12 model np.vfp-234 from Electric Point but the shop has not reply any thing customer care has not sent the engineer while I have complain many times
