Refrigerator defective piece

Respected Sir/ Madam

I Mrs. Sushila Sharangdhar a very senior REGISTERED DIETICIAN purchased a refrigerator from Vijay sales Prabhadevi on 24th June 2012. It has been giving problem since then that is the cooling was not there , it was like opening a cupboard, all vegetables were getting spoilt in a days time. I must have complained at least 10-12 times. Then i get a call saying give all the details- repeatedly i had to waste my time giving details. Thrice the technician came. During his last visit he said he has been asked to check temperature which he said is ok.
Problem still continues i spoke to Mr. Sunny from Vijay sales a senior and then he put me on to Mr. Shetty a senior from videocon. Finally the refrigerator after all the struggle on 30th July that is 5 weeks later it was picked up. Few days later they said compressor was not working so we have changed when can we come for delivery.
I have told them i have gone through really tough times in convincing you people that the fridge is not working. If compressor was not working how has to the senior technician reported the TEMPERATURE is ok.
Repeatedly during my compalint that i am SIMPLY COMPARING WITH DOUBLE DOOR FRIDGE THAT I HAD EARLIER. I have never compared. During all the conversations i was made to feel i am a mad woman, a fool who is simply complaining.
Sir at the start of purchase if this is what company representative behave. I definitely do not wish to take the fridge back and want refund.
