Rediff Shopping: A Big Online Fraud

Hi,
I bought one 8GB pendrive through Rediff Shopping. My Order No.is 7234552.
After informing them again and again there is no solid action taken till now. It’s over 25 days but it’s still not dispatched yet. Now they are not answering my mails also.
