i received order in 8 January and on 9th Jan when i open parcel and check machine which is not working properly ,
problem is thread is brooking again and again and they mention on ad that we can sue jeans also but in this machine we cant sue jeans ,
so call rediff customer care but ph was busy 10 to 15 min than i press 7 no for call back but you did not call me again ,
than i place one mail that my product is not good i want money back
i receive mail from customer care that send product back ,
but on 10th my some of family member has some problem in ratnagiri so i went there for 8 days after come back i call on no 9768000886 and i explain my problem they said send parcel on address which mention on bill and email to customer care so i send parcel to address in 20/1/2014 and parcel deliver in 21/1/2014
but my health is not good and im in bed rest for some days so i cant mail you ,
now i need my money back so please do need full and return my money , when we are calling to rediff care we have to wait for 40 to 50 min and after that call was cut off from rediff side my son is 1 year old i cant give so much time to call and mail please help.

after sending a lots off mail to rediff they are not giving any answer still now,
after sending mail they are sending one computer generated mail that thanks for mailing us send us all detail but no other response .
i want my money back please do need full
