I had made a online mobile recharge of Rs 500/- and purchased a Levis Gift card worth Rs 2000/- vide Paytm Order no. 3864541713 on 24.09.2017. The mobile recharge was successful. However, the Levis Gift Card was redeemed without my permission and the complaint was registered vide complaint no. 39104270 and 39177920 on 28.09.17. I have lost the money and the unprofessional attitude of Paytm has spoilt my festive mood and caused mental agony.
I want to lodge the complaint and claim Rs. 10000/- for the mental agony caused due to unprofessional attitude shown and unresponsive Call Centre.
