Name of company/service: airtel
I was using airtel no- 9741114185 from last 4-5 years. Few months back I converted it from postpaid to prepaid. Still I was regularly using the number. One day It stopped working, I thought due to network issues. But when I complaint to customer care, they replied my number is been recycled and allotted to somebody else. I tried to contact them and launched complaint. They promised me to get back in 48 hrs but its been more than 15 days nobody replied me.
Due to this I lost all my major contacts as this number was used for my official use.
I request you to take strict action and get me my number back.
