It is a wide spread thing now days that the colleges and schools charge the employee under the table money tomake theirservice permanent.
Even students are asked to give money to the college and institutions and this money taken from the parents is termed as donation. The reciept given is for aloweramount.
Can the Educational Department and the Ministry not look into it and make the system transperant and reduce the haressment tothe parents and the teaching staff.
No doubt that this makes good bussiness for the private coaching classes where the seats are always full.
