Recieved a faulty refrigirator

I have purchased an Electrolux fridge from snapdeal.com on 14th july, and it turned out to be a faulty fridge. The electrolux service people came over and determined that the compressor is faulty. I immediately contacted snapdeal and asked for a replacement. They said they will replace it but will need time, after waiting for about 10 days i get a call from electrolux saying that they will replace the fridge within 3 days but they did not do it. When i call them they never answer the calls and when they finally answered they tell me that they do not have stock even though they promised to deliver it within 3 days. I have already paid the money and i have suffered a lot. Neither snapdeal nor electrolux is doing anything to solve my problem.
