I had recharged videocon dth for Rs.150/- on 20-6-12 through Rechargeitnow.com which I had done twice before and was successful.This time my amount was deducted from account but I didnt get any services.When I called Videocon helpdesk they were telling that they had not received any sort of payment from my account(I attached pdf doc also in mail).They were asking to contact the the third party which is Rechargeitnow.com.It neither have a contact number nor mail id.In the contactus tab there is something to raise the trouble ticket which was never success.Kindly do the needful.
