Recharged of Rs. 249 but my internet Pack didnot activated.

Sir I just recharged my mobile No. 9871728217 worth Rs. 249 for internet Pack but Airtel didnt activated it ……when i am calling costumer Care they are not giving me proper response……………..now i want to refund my money ………i have seen that recharge information through their website in which they have clearly mention that Rs. 249/- recharge is for internet 1GB data, for 30 days. when i asked them about it then they said that they can only recharge it through their own website…… but they didnt mentioned it in their terms and condition……….
