recharged amt now working

i am using reliance gsm sim in the no of 7667581884 in tamilnadu circle. on 12 sep 12 i made a recharge of rs.49 as ratecutter.but it was not activate to my no. i contact to the customercare. they told me that it was frc. so it cannot work for existing customer. my doubt is why the recharge was done otherwise it for not existing customer. so please do needful to activate the amt as talk value.
