I was trying to recharge my mobile (9958692233) with 333 rs amount on 20May2012 from site mobikwik.com during recharge amount was deducted from my credit card but I have not gotten recharge
value so I complaint to support team with reference of following information

than I got following reply from mobikwik site.
Dear Consumer, Your ticket about the recharge dispute has now been resolved. You should have to contact to your operator with this OPERATOR ID – 128461351. Thanks, Support Team, Mobikwik.com Email – [email protected] Phone – +91 9999925342
than I contact Airtel on phone and directly in there office in sahara mall (gurgaon) regarding operator ID as I got from support team. on phone on 121 (customer care) I have not gotten any solution and form airtel office, they mailed this problem to higher authority,
still this problem is as it is.
