my TATA PHOTON No. is 9223804419 and I was recharge it on 18/02/2012 and the last date of valadity was 21/02/2012, the transaction was online through net banking and everything was success, I got success mail too on my yahoo Id. Again I contacted TATA Photon Customer care regarding same on 19/02/2012 they told that recharge is success it will show aftr some time in ur photon Accounts, but it did’t. now again I contacted to TATA Photon Cust.Care representative was Mr. Ganesh he is telling that your recharge was not success and you have lost your all preveous balances which was arround 600MB which cost Rupees 600 now please help me I dont want to lose my 600 Rupees. I told him if it was not success then why everything was showing success beside that your customer care why told me ur recharge is success.if any body need any documents I will show that everything is with me.. please help me I dont want to win them for this, this is too much everytime we are paying for some reason and for unsuccess recharge we have to wait for a week to get back money..I only want my previous balance in my PHOTON Account.
