I had purchased an Top-up Card of Rs.221 (which was suggested by BSNL CSC)which is of Rs.200 talk time & 6 months validity as my validity was expired on 18/8 (with 15 days grace period), but from last one week i am trying to recharge (mob no. 94482 32583) but says “Recharge not possible” which i hv been complaining to Customer care but no proper response, i even visited BSNL office where i bought this card but no response, i am really fed up. Kindly advise whom to approach / what to do.
